This is to say that the Lord is beyond time. He is not bound by it unlike us. He is time. He controls time.
So too with space. He is not bound by it. The universe is ever expanding, scientists tell us. He is bigger than all of that. His 'vyaapti' is like Akasha. Just like space is everywhere without being tangible so too the Lord pervades everywhere in and out of everything, living and non living.
